Gilroy, California is Liam, our Co-Founder & CEO's hometown, which is the southern most city in Silicon Valley. It's known for the Gilroy Outlet Mall, Jeff Garcia (shoutout the 49ers), and you guessed it - garlic. And a lot of it. The town literally smells like garlic thanks to being one of the largest garlic processors in the world. Each year the city hosts the Gilroy Garlic Festival, which is world renowned.
