Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the fragrance in its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
